There is a growing awareness of the importance of dealing with the uncomfortable question of how we wish to be treated if we ever become very seriously ill. More people than ever before are taking it upon themselves to fill out living wills.  And many get them from online downloadable printable form sites. Some sites offer free printable living will forms, and others offer living will printable forms for a fee. Be aware that different states have different laws, so make sure you do the research to find a form that is accepted in your state.
