depression. Ginkgo Biloba may not be as effective as St. John's Wort for
depression, but it can be

can also increase blood flow to hands and feet, and may
even help

types of erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis,

itself could at least temporarily elevate your mood...
When
using
the herbal supplement Ginkgo Biloba
for helping depression, the usual
dose is
80-120 mg two times daily (breakfast and lunch), or according to some
medical professions, 60-80 mg three times a day, due to the short
half-life of Ginkgo Biloba. In
large amounts, ginkgo Biloba may cause diarrhea, irritability and
restlessness. While Ginkgo Biloba is not likely by itself to
be a
cure for
depression, and may not be one of the two or three best natural
depression supplements, it can help treat more minor cases of
depression, and may
work nicely with other natural, inexpensive depression treatments, even
with more serious depression.
It is
recommended
