Every year there are more accredited law degrees on-line
to choose from. Some are highly respected universities who have
expanded their law degree programs to include on-line degrees.
Others are less respected and less recognized schools that may be
of questionable repute. When searching for the best law degree on-line program, it's important to make sure the school is legitimate. A
program that is too short or seems to easy is likely too good to be
true. Make sure to check credentials and find out if the school
also offers a campus program.
Good on-line law degree programs offer
a great deal of flexibility
so that you can complete your on-line accredited law degree program at your own rate, and with your own schedule. Many accredited law degree on-line programs offer financial aid, and federal student loans should be an option as well
Are
online law degrees as good as regular? that question can only be
answered by time and the market... Do those trained on line get hired?
Are they able to start a practice on their own? the phenomenon of
online degrees and on-line law degrees in particular is still new, and
it remains to be seen how the two options compare. But one thing is
certain: online degrees are here to stay, and by all estimates will
continue to be a larger and larger percentage of the university degree
market..

Funny lawyer joke:
A lawyer died and arrived at the pearly gates. To his dismay, there were
thousands of people ahead of him in line to see St. Peter. But, to his surprise,
St. Peter left his desk at the gate and came down the long line to where the
lawyer was standing. St. Peter greeted him warmly. Then St. Peter and one of his
assistants took the lawyer by the hands and guided him up to the front of the
line into a comfortable chair by his desk.
The lawyer said, "I don't mind
all this attention, but what makes me so special?"
St. Peter replied,
"Well, I've added up all the hours for which you billed your clients, and by my
calculation you must be about 193 years old!"
